project Overview
At Atid Systems, I am responsible for wire framing and designing various management systems. In this project example the system included two interfaces, an employees interface and an employer interface.
The problem
Designing an approachable and smooth experience for employees who have no background in insurance and helping them better understand how their money is working for them.
As for the employer interface, the challenge was to design a system that is simple and easy to use but at the same time allows for complex management of employees' insurance.
The Product
Employee interface
This interface presents the user with various types of information, e.g. pension balance, life insurance balance etc. The homepage includes a summary view and navigation options allowing drilling down into each individual account, amongst other things.
Employer interface
This interface allows for information sharing between an employer and their respective insurance agency. Here the employer and agency can sync on all relevant data pertaining to insured employees.
