project Overview

The idea originated in my passion for sports. Engaging in sports activities has many health benefits, both physical and mental. I believe it is time to change the fitness world and help people enjoy exercising without fear or limits.

The problem

One of the biggest challenges with exercising, especially relating to gyms, is the lack of motivation to bring oneself to physically go to the gym. Also, keeping up with one's exercise regimen is challenging - inefficient workouts, physical challenge and boredom, these are just a few of the challenges people face.

The Solution

A unique workout experience, tailored to each trainee and set in a VR scenery (e.g. running on a Caribbean beach, reliving historical moments in sports etc.) which allows you to either do a standalone practice or workout together with people from all around the world, be it friends or otherwise.

target audience

The intended target audience is people between the ages of 25 to 40, technology enthusiasts belonging to middle and upper income classes, who are capable and willing to pay a premium price after being enticed by a better user experience.

Training program

How to create a training program in 3 simple steps:

1. General details

Gender, age and weight.

2. Preferences

Fitness level, duration, goal and number of sessions per week.

3. Results

The training program will be presented using icons, with minimal details. Each icon represents a type of workout. When selecting one, a list of matching VR games or scenes will appear.
